To get started with your request, it is first important that you NOT DISMOUNT YOUR DEVICE until you speak with us. For the most immediate and accurate information, please call either our toll free number 888-606-6665 or 206-285-3675 to speak with our staff Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, PT. Our helpful and courteous service staff can give you professional advice to keep your system running smoothly. For best results, call us from your boat or RV, and be ready to try running your Wallas product with us on the line.

If your unit needs to be sent to our service center, please take care to package it carefully with ample padding to insure it against damage. Then, fill out the form below, submit it and include a printed copy with the product you are sending.

If your request is not emergent, use our online service form below. Many products sold by Scan Marine Equipment require occasional or regular maintenance. Some problems or issues can be solved by the user with advice from our Service Department. Please use the form to order service parts and/or describe the issues you are having and we will respond as quickly as possible. This will allow us to collect more detailed information from you in advance of our call so we can be better equipped to work on your request. We will respond as quickly as possible once we receive your request.
