To get started with your request, it is first important that you NOT DISMOUNT YOUR DEVICE until you speak with us.
If you are having an issue with your Wallas device, it may be easily remedied without the need to send it in for service. Please call either our toll free number 888-606-6665 or 206-285-3675 to speak with our staff Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, PT.
Our helpful and courteous service staff can give you professional advice to keep your system running smoothly.
For best results, call us from your boat or RV, and be ready to try running your Wallas product with us on the line.
If your unit needs to be sent to our service center, please package it carefully with ample padding to prevent shipping damage. We also strongly recommend shipping insurance, in case some damage does occur.
