The Wallas #30012 Magnetic Valve Kit is designed for diesel applications where the fuel tank will be located at a level higher than the Wallas heater or stove.  The valve is wired to open only when the Wallas device is activated, preventing any possibility of fuel leakage from the system.  Drawing 0.5A of 12VDC when operating, this valve is normally mounted at the top of the fuel tank.
